Earl’s Restaurant – Abbotsford, B.C.

Our first night back in Abbotsford, Don and I decided to dine at Earl’s Restaurant.  You are always greeted by two lovely young ladies, and seated immediately.http://www.earls.ca/

Our server, Jessica, was very adept on the menu items and flavours.  Don chose the  Black Bean Soup, with a Panko Shrimp Dynamite Roll and we enjoy watching  the kitchen working.  They are one organized wheel back there.

I ordered a salad which consisted of cranberries, pine nuts, warm maple glazed salmon, warm squash squares in a bed of mixed greens.  I loved it. It was tasty but, oh so large! Couldn’t even begin to eat it all.

Don had to return the soup as it was even spicier than he can handle. Perhaps it was a slip of the Chef’s hand…..sure hope so, not everyone can handle food that is THAT spicy.  All in all, it was a good eatery.

Pleae note…during hockey finals and Friday night…really, really noisy. Not recommended if you wear a hearing aid.
