NK’Mip Golf Course and Restaurant, Oliver, B.C.

This is the second time we have eaten here in the last two weeks. It is really a neat place tohave  lunch (golfing is next I think).

For the seond time I had the Caesar Salad, only this time I added chicken to it. Suzanne ordered the same thing and believe me you want to lick the plate clean. This salad is addictive to say the least. Absolutely wonderful and the chicken was so tender.

Don  ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup and the Ham and Roasted Vegetable Quiche. When it came, the Quiche stood about two inches high. The broth in the soup was really tasty and fresh.

I highly recommend this Restaurant to anyone in the area. The sculpture outside is breathtaking and you want to stand there and stare for a long time to catch all the fine details.

Denny’s Restaurant

Last night we went t o Denny’s Restaurant with two of our adult children and had the luck to be served by a young lady called Tanya. This lady was so enthusiastic, funny, warm and very friendly (not overly to offend).

The meals we had all came from the brand new “Baconator” menu and believe me when I tell you, it was all scrumptuous, fresh and hot when it arrived at our table. Suzanne had the baconator club sandwich (sans tomatoes), Trevor had the baconator meatloaf and enjoyed it thoroughly. I had the baconator pancakes and when dessert came, I had to try the baconator maple sundae. HAH! It was sooooooooo good.

Two thumbs up for last night. You rocked.
