Whew! My computer was down for about a week and now I can do this up right.
We have a few windows that needed replacing due to being 30 years or so old and leaking cold air into our home. We called at night to set up an appointment. About an hour later, they called us and set up the appointment for the next morning. Now how is that for service.
The next morning, Dustin Vouk appeared and with total professionalism, humour and patience, set about to explain absolutely everything about the product, warranties etc. they offer. We agreed and then the next day, Rob Godfrey, Installation Manager, and his boss (name not given but said he was getting a ride to the airport with Rob). Again, both so professional and not pushy in their demeanor.
The ads on television do not do them justice. The company and their employees are exceptional. If you need to replace windows, give them a call. You will be so happy you did.
