New Orleans School of Cooking

Today was our third visit to the school and it was fabulous. Our Chef, Ms.Pat gave a lesson in history that was so informative and fun, it was a joy to beĀ  here. The menu was out of this world and when it was over, everyone bailed out to shop in the store,

We had been here with two of our grown kids before and when they heard we were returning, we got their shopping lists. Shopping done.

Our menu today was:

Corn and Crab Bisque(recipe will be posted on our return home)

Shrimp Creole

Bananas Foster

Pralines

The Bisque was so good, second helpings were offered and accepted.
