Further to the blog on the situation with the crummy landlord at the Apple Plaza, we were there on Friday and noticed that the NEW tenant is a sushi and seafood place.
Yup…there is logic here. Twenty year tenant (fish Monger) or new, unknown one (seafood). Must be a relative.
Shame on landlords like this. Sure hope the new location for Buy the Sea is hugely successful.
